Energy Breakdown and Clearing

How to break down negative energy and to remove it, then replace the energy with a stronger and more positive and lasting energy.

Although it is best to do the entire building sequentially starting at the bottom and working in a clockwise fashion, it’s not imperative,

but working in a clockwise motion does help with your focus and with your initial ability to cleanse and refocus the houses energy. 

I always begin with a prayer, then draw in my guides, helpers (family and friends) and my Angels once I’ve done this I then call in the request of the help from the Ascended Masters to assist and again to help. Prayer helps in multiples of ways, primarily it helps you gain and create a bond and link with the higher self and the great spirit energy or if your prefer the God Energy, prayer is also another form on meditation and helps you centre yourself for the tasks ahead with strength and protection, Although there are formal prayers such as "The Lords Prayer", a very powerful and focused prayer, your communication with your guides, helpers and Angels can also be seen as prayer, for when you are speaking from your heart and soul that action basically is prayer.

In relation to the Angels, I specifically call upon the Angels of Protection, Guidance and Guards, and ask the angels to guard each corner of the house sequentially during the cleansing process. So basically once I’ve broken down and cleansed a corner, I then fill it with the white light of love and Divine Protection, then ask the Angel realm to post an Angel Of Protection to guard that corner until the entire house is cleansed. 

If you are doing just one room, then follow these guidelines as laid out, but on completing the cleansing of the room, pause for a few minuets and in your minds eye draw in the help of the Angels and fill the entire house with white light, and then see the entire house inside the bubble of protection.

First things first: 

We begin with you,

So follow a prayer ritual maybe one you have already created yourself and to protect yourself, for as you are working around the house or building you will be encountering negative energy left by others, so you need to protect from that, at this time your Guides should be also requested to help keep you safe at this time.

Psychic Self defence & Protection:

1. Close your eyes and centre yourself, control your breathing and slow everything down, once this is achieved move onto the next part. Do not rush this ritual, do it slowly at the beginning and do it with 100% intention and focus.
2. Recite any prayers you would normally do at times like these times, for me it is The Lords Prayer, followed by other personal prayers, and at this point I also ask for protection not only of myself, but my family and friends, and my Guides and Angels.
3. begin to ground yourself by seeing roots coming out of your feet and going down through the earth to the earths centre. See these roots wrap around the earths core which is a huge ball of divine white light, see the power of this energy serge up through the roots to your feet, then travel up your legs to your root chakra (red) then allow the energy to balance and open the root chakra. Once that has happened and you feel that the red chakra is open and energised and balanced, using the silver chord, let the earths energy flow up through to the orange, yellow, green, blue, purple and finally the crown chakra. Once all the chakras are open, energised and balanced, and the correct time should be taken to do this, then its time to complete your own protection.
4. We then draw down the heavenly or universal light from the heavens, see it come down like a beam of pure white fluorescent light and allow it to come right down and envelope you forming a shell from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. See it flow and get stronger and stronger, until the point you feel its at its premium or strongest.
5. Once you have the white light flowing down, its then time to allow the light flowing through your chakras to flow from the top of your head (crown chakra) down over your head and shoulders, your body, hips and legs until it too meets at the bottom of your feet.
6. This inner light then begins to turn gold forming an unbreakable strong inner shell complete around you, at the same time the heavenly light begins to turn silver and forming an equally unbreakable shell around your entire body from top of your head to the bottom of your feet. The gold forms a continuous stream of supportive loving and strengthening energy that continues to serve and protect you, while the silver energy not only protects you, but reflects away and outside negative energies.
7. Once you have followed this procedure exactly, then you can ask the Angels for added self protection whilst you cleanse and clear the house or space you are about to work in. 
8. You are Protected.

When you practice the above self protection on a regular basis, it will become more fluent and easier to practice, you’re opening up and closing down ritual will happen smoother and quicker, whilst at the same time getting stronger and stronger. It is like adding layers of protective wax to a car body, the stronger the layer, the better the protection and the more layers the stronger the protection.

You are now ready to begin the house or space clearance, at this point you can advise your spirit friends and family to step out during this process, its not really necessary, but I do it out of politeness and once again offer them the option of lending you a hand to clear the house.

Let’s begin.

The Clearing:

1. Open the windows in the room you are working in and make sure there is plenty of light in the room.
2. Choose the corner you wish to begin with, once again I tend to work in a clockwise action. (the motion helps to keep the positive energy flowing and helps you map the process of your work helping you not miss any corners or nooks in your home or building)
3. If you are working with a chime or bell, ding the bell allowing the frequency of the note to resonate into the corner. Make a mental note of how quickly the sound rounds off, if the corner has a lot of negative energy in it, the sound or note should die off fairly quickly.
4. With your incense or sage already lit, fan the smoke into the corner whilst reciting the following:                     
    “I use this smoke to break down any and all negative energy in this corner, and I ask the Angels to fill it with the white light of love and divine protection”. 
5. Once you have done the ritual of (4) re-ding the bell or chime and notice how much more the note resonates and lasts longer, if the note still dies off quickly then repeat  the process of the ritual of clearing and replacing the energy in that corner.
6. With the salt/water solution spray into the corner (sparingly, there is no need to soak the walls or floor) to protect it from any further negative energy
7. When you have cleared and replaced the energy in each corner, its then time to stand in the centre of the room and repeat the entire ritual, ding the bell, fan the smoke, breakdown the energy, but this time, see all the negative filled smoke leave through the open window, ding the bell and in your minds eye see the smoke clear completely taking with it all the remaining negative energy, then once again, fill the entire room with the white light of love and divine energy, and finally ask the Angels to protect that room completely. 
8. Complete this entire ritual throughout every room in your house, your car/cars and even your office space.

With the salt/water solution, spray it around the door frames, window frames and front and back doors of the house, I would then using the solution spray along the foundation of the house and any other buildings that might be on the property,

Repeat this process at least four times a year to keep the strong energy flowing in your home, especially after illness or maybe an uncomfortable time in the family, the more you practice this ritual, the stronger your and your families energy will be,
